How do I apply? You may apply on our website at www.belairetowerapts.com or in person at our office located at 22573 SW 66th Ave in Boca Raton.
Can I have a cosigner? Yes, we accept cosigners.
How long is my lease term? You offer two lease options: seven months or one year.
What deposits are required? Your security deposit is based on credit and can be between $500.00 up to one month rent.
Is renter’s insurance required? All residents are required to have renter’s insurance. If you are not able to find it on your own, we can recommend one to you.
When is my rent due? Rent is due on the first of the month and is late on the 4th.
How do I pay my rent? Your rent can be paid online with a credit card, debit card or checking account or in person at the leasing office with a personal check, cashier's check or money order.
Are any utilities included in rent? Utilities are billed separately.
What utilities am I responsible for? You are responsible for electric, water, sewer, valet trash and cable.
Who is my cable/ internet provider? Our local service providers are ATT or Xfinity.
What if I need maintenance? We offer 24-hour maintenance emergency service. You can put in a request through your resident portal even if the office is closed and it will notify the technician on call.
Where can I find a copy of my lease? A copy of your lease is available to you through your resident portal. We could also email you a copy or a hard copy can be picked up in the leasing office.
Do the apartments have a washer/ dryer? Our community offers select units with washers and dryers. We also offer an onsite laundry facility located on the second floor of each building.
Are single occupancy rooms available? We offer one- and two-bedroom apartments.
How do I add a roommate? The prospect can apply online or in person. They would need to provide a photo ID and proof of income.
Is parking first come first serve or do we pay for a permit/spot? Our parking spaces are not assigned however the community offers ample parking in all buildings.
Who do I contact if I need help or need something fixed? You can access your resident portal 24/7 to put in a service request. Here you can even create a schedule of when you would prefer service.
Is the community pet friendly? Yes, our community is indeed, pet friendly.
What is the pet policy? Maximum weight limit at maturity is 65 lbs.
What are your restricted breeds? Certain breeds of dogs are prohibited including but not limited to: Rottweiler, Pit Bull Terrier, Doberman Pinscher, Akita, Chow and German Shepard.
Can I sublet my apartment? Unfortunately, short-term subletting or rental is prohibited.
Can I use financial aid to help pay my rent? Yes, you certainly can. In the event you find yourself in financial hardship, we do accept payment assistance from rental assistance agencies.
Are your apartments furnished? Our units are not furnished.
Can I pick who I live with or do you assign roommates? Residents are free to choose whom they want to live with, and we will do a screening process for approval.
Are we aloud visitors? Do they need a visitor pass? As per our lease contract, residents are allowed to have overnight guests seven days per year.
Can visitors use the amenities? Visitors can use our amenities such as gym, pool and laundry facility as long as they are accompanied by the resident.
How do I access my apartment if I lose my key? If you lose your key, you will need to contact the leasing office and we can get you another key or change your lock. Please be aware there may be a charge for this.
